Russians attacked Odesa region's port infrastructure at night: damages

On the night of 17 January, the Russian army attacked the port infrastructure in Izmail district of Odesa region with attack drones, causing no casualties but damaging buildings.
This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Kiper.
«Our air defence forces continued to work hard. The Russians targeted the port infrastructure. Fortunately, there were no casualties. As a result of the shelling, the facades of buildings and a residential building were damaged», the statement said.
According to the head of the RMA, all relevant services are working at the scene, and law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of another terrorist act by Russians.
As a reminder, as a result of the Russian attack on 17 November, critical infrastructure facilities were damaged in Odesa region. The environmental damage was estimated at 931 million hryvnias.
