As reported by the Pivdenne City Council, this issue was considered at a meeting of the standing commission on administrative and territorial organization.
«The agenda included issues important to the community: granting permission and approving technical documentation for allocating land plots for gardening in the village of Koshary; ensuring access to the recreational area (beach) in the town of Pivdenne», the report says.
As the press service of the City Council notes, following the results of the meeting, the commission decided to contact the mayor with a proposal to create a working group to resolve the issue of opening the beach to the community.
As a reminder, during 2025-2026, Mykolaiv plans to spend over a million hryvnias from the city budget to organize recreation for people with disabilities on an inclusive beach in Odesa. The program provides for compensation for the cost of transportation services for people with disabilities so that they can get to the recreation area.
