It is stated that the Russians struck a residential building in the Industrial District at around 01:40 a.m. There was no information about casualties.
«On December 13, at around 01:40, an enemy UAV hit the roof of a five-story building. A fire broke out. The roof of the residential building and the window glazing were damaged. No injuries were reported,» the report said.
Recall that on the morning of Friday, December 13, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian energy.
