As a result of massive rocket fire early in the morning of November 28, there is a power outage in the Mykolaiv region.

This was reported in the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

In addition, yesterday, November 27, during the day, the Russian army attacked the Kutsurub community five times with FPV drones.

Also yesterday at 4:01 p.m. the Russians shelled the waters of the Ochakiv community with artillery. There were no casualties.

It should be noted that there are currently blackouts in Ukraine due to Russian shelling of the country's energy infrastructure.
