On the morning of November 25, Russian troops shelled the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, injuring 15 people. A fire broke out on the spot.

This was announced by the Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov and the head of Kharkiv RMA Oleh Syniehubov.

The head of Kharkiv RMA Oleh Syniehubov clarified that the fire broke out on one of the central streets.

«Emergency services went to the place of impact. Damaged civilian infrastructure and cars. There are victims, emergency medical assistance is working on the spot,» said the head of the RMA.

According to Ihor Terekhov, the Russians struck the area of dense residential development — the flight landed in yards surrounded by high-rise buildings. Commercial buildings and cars were on fire.

At 9:22 Oleh Syniehubov reported that the number of victims had increased to 15. Rescuers had already contained the fire due to enemy shelling.

«It hit the ground. 3 cars and the facade of a two-story non-residential building were on fire, the windows of residential buildings were damaged,» wrote the head of the RMA.

We will remind that as a result of the night Russian attack on the energy infrastructure of the Mykolaiv Oblast on November 25, there is a power outage. Energy companies have already restored most of the consumers, but restoration work continues.
