Zelenskyy: The Russian Federation launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones over Ukraine

During the night and morning of November 17, the Russian army launched about 120 missiles and 90 drones over Ukraine. Air defense forces destroyed 140 of 210 air targets.

This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

«A massive combined strike on all regions of Ukraine. During that night and morning, Russian terrorists used drones of various types, including Shaheds. Cruise, ballistic and aeroballistic missiles: Zircons, Iskanders, Kinzhals. The enemy's target was our energy infrastructure throughout Ukraine. Unfortunately, there is damage to objects from hits and falling debris,» he said.

He also noted that in Mykolaiv, as a result of a drone attack, two people were killed and six more injured, including two children.

«My condolences to the relatives and friends of the deceased. As of now, there are areas without electricity, all the necessary forces are engaged for liquidation of the consequences and restoration,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.

The President thanked the air defense - anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation — pilots of F-16, Su-25 and MiGs, mobile fire groups, ERB.

Also in Mykolaiv, as a result of the Russian attack on the city, police officers are collecting material evidence and documenting war crimes committed by the Russian army.
