During the shelling of the Kherson region, the Russians targeted educational institutions and residential areas: one person died, 24 were injured

Yesterday, on October 7, the Russian army struck Kherson and 15 other settlements in the region. As a result, one person died, another 24 were injured, including four children.

As the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported, Prydniprovske, Zymivnyk, Antonivka, Sadove, Komysany, Bilozerka, Novodmytrivka, Tomyna Balka, Shyroka Balka, Sofiivka, Stanislav, Shliakhove, Beryslav, Monastyrske, Mylove and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and airstrikes.

According to him, the Russian military targeted educational institutions, a cultural institution, a library and an administrative building.

The army of the Russian Federation shelled the residential quarters of the population centers of the region, in particular, 14 high-rise buildings and 15 private houses were damaged. Civilian cars were also damaged by shelling.

We will remind that on October 7, after 10:00, the Russian occupiers launched an airstrike on Kherson. 23 people were injured, including two children.

As the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko, wrote, all the wounded will receive one-time financial assistance from the city budget. It is 20 thousand hryvnias for an adult, 30 thousand hryvnias for a child.
