An apartment building was damaged in Lutsk as a result of an attack by the Russian Federation. Photo: DSNSIn Lutsk, around 8:30 in the morning, the Russians targeted an apartment building on one of the city's avenues.
Rescuers eliminated the consequences of the impact, the State Emergency Service reported.
As a result of the attack, the building and property of citizens were damaged. Rescuers extinguished the fire. In addition, residents were assisted to evacuate to a safe place.
