The Russians targeted a children's cafe in Zaporizhzhia. One child died, six more were injured.

Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, announced this on the Telegram channel.

The shelling of a cafe in the village of Malokaterynivka took place on August 20. Initially, it was known about five victims. On Wednesday, August 21, the head of the OVA specified that the number of victims in the district had increased — six children were injured.

«A 14-year-old boy died, 6 more children were injured — boys aged 17, 16, 15, 14 and girls aged 10 and 11. A 28-year-old man and women aged 18 and 45 were also injured. Such are the disappointing consequences of the Russian shelling of the Zaporizhzhia district,» he said in his message.

Ivan Fedorov also added that during the past day, Russian invaders hit 12 settlements of the Zaporizhzhia region 303 times. 10 reports were received about the destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities.

We will remind that yesterday, on August 20, the Russian army directed FPV drones to the Kutsurub community. As a result of shelling, a private house was damaged in the village of Dniprovske.
