Damaged by shelling of Ochakiv, April 2023, photo: NikVestiOn Sunday, August 18, the territory of the Mykolaiv region was shelled six times by the Russian army.
This is stated in the summary of Mykolaiv RMA.
During the day, the occupiers attacked the Kutsurub community with FPV drones, and late in the evening they launched artillery fire.
At 6:21 p.m., Ochakiv was hit by artillery fire — a residential building there was damaged due to the attack. In addition, there was a fire on the territory of a private household, as well as a fire of dry grass in an open area. The fire was promptly extinguished by firefighters.
According to RMA, there were no casualties.
It should be noted that on the night of August 19, air defense destroyed three unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shahed 131/136 type over the Mykolaiv region.
