It is noted that the equipment was donated by the Rotary Club of Mykolaiv organization together with partners from Belgium, the Rotary Club of Deinze and the humanitarian headquarters of the Center for Business Support and Economic Development.
Hospital Director Yurii Diachuk emphasized that the new lighting will improve the quality of medical services for Mykolaiv residents.
«Our hospital is mainly surgical, so equipping the operating rooms with modern equipment will allow us to work with our patients more efficiently and effectively. Of course, this will facilitate the work of our medical workers, give them the opportunity to perform operations faster and more efficiently, and also significantly reduce harm to the patient,» said Yurii Diachuk.

«This operating room was created from scratch. This room will house a lithotripter, a device for removing and crushing kidney stones,» he emphasized.
Past-President of the Rotary Club of Mykolaiv, Artem Vashchylenko, added that this is not the first project with Belgian partners.
«We sincerely thank you for the opportunity to be useful, to help hospitals in the Mykolaiv region provide better medical services and save the lives of Mykolaiv residents,» said Artem Vashchylenko.
