Cars, real estate and salaries are higher than the mayor's: what the heads of administrations of Mykolaiv declared

The heads of district administrations of Mykolaiv have published property declarations for 2023. Three of them earned more in their positions than the mayor.

The declarations were published in the Unified State Register of Declarations of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, NikVesti writes.

Since 2007, he owns a plot of land with an area of 1,000 square meters in the village of Chornomorka, and since 2015 — an apartment of 23.5 square meters in Ochakiv.

He also owns (28%) a share of a house with an area of 60.2 square meters in Mykolaiv.

His wife Svitlana owns three plots of land in Mykolaiv (993 square meters), the village of Partyzanske of the Pervomaisk territorial community (7.25 hectares and 8.5 hectares). In addition, she owns an unfinished house in Mykolaiv (400 square meters).

In 2022, Viktor Dmytruk bought a 2018 INFINITI QX50 car for 630,000 hryvnias. He also noted that he uses his wife's Toyota Camry, which he bought in 2009 for 318,000 hryvnias.

During 2023, Viktor Dmytruk earned 748 thousand 957 hryvnias in his position. This is about 62.4 thousand hryvnias per month. For example, the mayor of the city, Oleksandr Sienkevych, earned 678,180 hryvnias during the same period (an average of 56,500 hryvnias per month).

Viktor Dmytruk also sold his share in home ownership for 120,000.

Viktor Dmytruk has cash savings: 27,400 dollars and 15,000 euros and is paying off a loan of 710,774 hryvnias, taken the day before the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation — February 23, 2022.

Since 2013, Oleksandr Bereza has owned a plot of land of 1,190 square meters in the village of Dmytrivka in the Kyiv region, and since 2019, 1,200 square meters of land in Nadbuzke near Mykolaiv. He also has a house with an area of 356.5 square meters. at the same time, he bought the land for 40,000 hryvnias, and the house for 50,000 hryvnias.

Also, his wife Olena Ravina has an apartment of 21.6 square meters in the village of Voronovytsia in Vinnytsia.

Oleksandr Bereza has a 2020 Volvo XC90 car, which he bought for 1.9 million hryvnias, taking half of the amount as a loan, which he still pays.

As the head of the administration in 2023, he earned 819,312 hryvnias. This is about 68.2 thousand hryvnias per month. He also received 88 thousand 329 hryvnias of insurance payments. Another 4.5 thousand was paid to him by the trade union of the administration.

His wife, engaged in entrepreneurship, earned 923 thousand 200 hryvnias and received 35 thousand 520 hryvnias of social benefits.

Olena Ravina keeps 700,000 hryvnias, 110,000 dollars and 50,000 euros in cash.

Oleksandr Tsukanov has owned an apartment in Mykolaiv with an area of 63.10 square meters since 2008. Since 2020, he and his family have been living in a house with an area of 206 square meters and a cost of 722 thousand hryvnias, which belongs to Mykola Tsukanov, probably his father.

In 2021, Oleksandr Tsukanov bought a Chinese electric car for 842 thousand hryvnias.

In 2023, he earned 713 thousand 352 hryvnias in his position, which is approximately 59.4 thousand per month. He also received 125,000 hryvnias in insurance payments and 1.1 million hryvnias in compensation for damaged movable property from a private person.

In 2021, Oleksandr Tsukanov borrowed almost 1.7 million hryvnias from Adriy Fatyanov, a deputy of the regional council, ex-leader of the already liquidated OPZZ faction, and now general director of the Okean plant.

The head of the administration did not declare any savings.

For the year 2023, the official and part-time head of the «Proposal» faction in the city council declared a public catering building of 1,047 square meters, a cafe with a summer area of 244.5 square meters and a canopy, and an apartment in Mykolaiv with an area of 31.5 square meters.

She also declared a residential building with an area of 249.6 square meters, two plots of land of 5 and 710 square meters, and a non-residential premises of an art workshop. The deputy leases eight plots of land from the city council.

Her husband owns two apartments of 54.5 square meters and 34.9 square meters.

Hanna Remennikova owns three cars: a 2015 Fiat Doblo truck, a 2014 Mercedes-Benz truck and a Renault Kangoo truck. Valentyn Berestnev owns one 2017 Volvo XC 90 passenger car.

The salary of a woman in a position in the Administration of the Ingul district amounted to 673 thousand 742 hryvnias, which is an average of 56 thousand 145 hryvnias per month. This is less than other heads of districts. Anna Remennikova received another 1.9 million hryvnias from the sale of movable property.

Her husband, Valentin Berestnev, received 203,126 hryvnias at the Olympic Basketball Training Center last year. He received more than a million hryvnias of income from his entrepreneurial activities.

In cash, the couple keeps 190 thousand dollars and 1.9 million hryvnias.

What is in the declarations for 2023?

We will remind that the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim declared that he owns six apartments and two cars, and together with his wife keeps more than 95 thousand dollars and 500 thousand hryvnias in cash.

At the same time, the mayor of Mykolaiv Oleksandr Sienkevych submitted a declaration of income and property for 2023: he received 678 thousand hryvnias in salary, and his wife purchased three types of cryptocurrency.

Councilors of Mykolaiv city mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych declared their incomes for the past year — last year each of them earned almost more than 300 thousand hryvnias in wages.

Also, the heads of factions of the Mykolaiv City Council made public their savings and property for 2023 in their annual declarations. No significant changes have been observed among the officials, but during this time some of them purchased real estate, transport and received financial assistance.

The declarations were also published by the deputy heads of the Mykolaiv RMA, the deputy heads of the Kherson RMA and the deputy mayors of Mykolaiv. In particular, the first deputy mayor Vitalii Lukov indicated in the declaration for 2023 that he received 31,629 hryvnias for speaking at an online lecture in Berlin.

According to the declaration for 2023, the First Deputy Chairman of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Anton Tabunshchik, received 862,000 wages. On average, it is 72 thousand hryvnias per month.
