Svyrydenko: Ukraine will receive over 6,000 units of energy equipment from international partners

Ukraine will receive more than 6,000 units of energy equipment from international partners. Photo: Yuliia SvyrydenkoInternational partners will transfer over 6,000 units of large energy equipment to Ukraine and make cash contributions to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
This was announced by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko after the G7+ Coordination Meeting on Energy Support for Ukraine.
In particular, the partner countries promised the following support:
- European Union — 447 generators;
- Italy — €10 million contribution to the Fund and another €50 million allocated in the 2026 budget;
- Lithuania — 90 generators;
- Germany — €60 million in support and additional equipment, including 33 cogeneration units, 15 mobile hybrid generators, 300 photovoltaic units, 375 storage batteries, 31 boiler units, 45 units of construction equipment and 10 boilers;
- United Kingdom — nearly €23 million to the Energy Support Fund;
- The United States — over $400 million for humanitarian projects to support Ukrainians;
- France — over 100 generators with a total capacity of 13 megawatts;
- Japan — 140 small and medium-power generators, 60 transformers, repair equipment, 2 cogeneration units and 13 sets of frequency converters.
Earlier, Warsaw sent 90 electric generators to Kyiv to support the city during the energy crisis caused by Russian shelling of infrastructure. In addition, Poland plans to deliver another 379 generators to Ukraine.
