Kherson region to spend over ₴39 million to repair road to border with Mykolaiv region

The Kherson region plans to carry out routine repairs of a local road connecting settlements in the de-occupied part of the region and leading to the border with Mykolaiv region.

This is stated on the public procurement portal Prozorro, according to NikVesti.

It is a road that connects the border of Dnipropetrovska oblast with the settlements of Zahradivka, Kochubeivka, Davydiv Brid, Kalynivske and Bobrovyi Kut and stretches to the border of Mykolaivska oblast. The repairs are planned for the section km 62+050 — km 65+950 in Beryslav district.

It is noted that the restoration of this route is important for improving transport links and logistics in the liberated part of the region.

The tender is conducted by the state institution «Local Roads of Kherson Region». The expected cost of the works is over 39 million hryvnias, with a minimum auction step of 391 thousand hryvnias.

The deadline for submitting bids is 3 November 2025 by 10:00 a.m., and the bids will be opened on the same day. The contractor must complete the repairs by 31 December this year.

An advance payment of up to 30% of the cost of the work is provided for a period not exceeding 90 days, with the remaining funds to be paid upon completion. The bid security is over 195 thousand hryvnias.

The contractor must guarantee the quality of the road surface for a period of three years. As well as road signs and markings — in accordance with the standards.

Earlier it was reported that 1 billion 319 million hryvnias is needed to repair the roads used to transport children to schools in the communities of Mykolaiv region.
