₴300 million has been spent on repairing roads in the Central District over three years, but the head of the Bereza administration says it is not enough

Over the past three years, 285.4 million hryvnias has been spent on road repairs and maintenance in the central district of Mykolaiv.

But the head of the Central District Administration, Oleksandr Bereza, notes that this is not enough for the existing scope of work.

«There are far more citizens' appeals than funding allocated from year to year. Most streets remain unpaved. The private sector needs funding to improve the road network. Many applications are postponed from year to year and are waiting for funding,» said Oleksandr Bereza.

As a reminder, the Administration of the Central District of Mykolaiv spent 1.7 million hryvnias to build a new road in the dead end of the coastal private sector, where 3 cottages are located in the Soliany neighbourhood.

Prior to that, the head of Mykolaiv's Central District Administration, Oleksandr Bereza, criticised the work of public utilities in the Polish city of Wroclaw, which are carrying out major repairs to several blocks.
