Odesa has selected a contractor to carry out major repairs to the damaged gymnasium №125. The school was damaged as a result of a Russian drone attack on the night of 7-8 November last year.

This is evidenced by data on the public procurement portal Prozorro, according to NikVesti.

The customer of the works was the municipal enterprise «Centre for Financing and Economic Activity of Educational Institutions of Peresypskyi District of Odesa». As a result of the tender, the winner was a private enterprise «Stroigazservice».

The contractor is obliged to carry out a number of dismantling and repair works: remove old doors, lamps, radiators, dismantle linoleum and other floor coverings, clean walls and ceilings from damaged putty and plaster.

In addition, the walls are to be reinforced with metal frames, new plastering and painting. All works are to be completed by 31 December 2025.

As a reminder, on the night of 7-8 November 2024, Russian troops launched a massive drone attack on the Odesa district. There was damage to civilian infrastructure, a death and injuries.
