Repair work worth 8 million hryvnias will begin in the Olshan Cultural Center, which includes the renovation of the book store and two floors.

The relevant tenders are published on the public procurement website Prozorro.

The client of the works is the department of education, culture, youth, sports and tourism of the Olshanske settlement council.

According to the tender conditions, the renovation of the first and second floors must be completed within 70 days after the signing of the contract, but no later than the end of 2024.

The warranty for the performed works will be two years. The deadline for submitting tenders is October 11, 2024.

The renovation of the first floor is estimated at 2 million 179 thousand hryvnias, the project involves the dismantling of old doors, installation of new metal-plastic blocks, leveling and painting of walls, installation of suspended ceilings of the Armstrong type, as well as renewal of the electrical network, installation of lamps and sockets. In addition, surface treatment with antifungal materials will be performed.

On the second floor, repair works worth 4 million 835 thousand hryvnias are also planned. Before starting the main work, several door frames will be dismantled, and then new metal-plastic doors will be installed. The plans include updating the floor, replacing the old linoleum with new ceramic tiles, as well as modernizing the lighting.

In addition, the current repair of the book storage will begin in the cultural center with a preliminary cost of 1 million hryvnias. The work will last 50 days from the signing of the contract and will include the dismantling of door frames, leveling of concrete surfaces, painting of walls, installation of new flooring, installation of lighting and electrical wiring.
