According to him, 1,909 residents of the region received compensation from the total number of 5,042 applicants.

«228 million hryvnias have been approved for 2,633 applicants. More than 2,000 people are still being processed,» said Vitalii Kim.

In addition, 167 million hryvnias will be paid for the purchase of new property to residents who have completely lost their homes. 137 people out of 618 applicants received such assistance.

It will be recalled that for September 2023, almost ₴1 million of compensation was awarded to the residents of Mykolaiv under the «eVidnovlennia» program.

As you know, Mykolaiv Oblast is among the top five oblasts where the largest number of applications for the «eVidnovlennia» program were submitted. However, the region has the lowest rates of consideration of these applications. Therefore, the Ministry of Reconstruction called on the Mykolaiv commissions to speed up their processing: «This depends on the ability of the owners to receive assistance in the shortest possible time for the restoration of housing before the autumn and winter cold».

Currently, there are already 30 commissions working in the Mykolayiv region to restore housing damaged during the full-scale invasion under the «eVidnovlennia» program.

As of the end of October, the number of applications for receiving compensation for damaged property within the framework of the «eVidnovlennia» program is 1,791. Of the 917 processed, 44% were rejected.
