In Mykolaiv, they are going to spend ₴3.8 million on the arrangement of a youth center instead of the canteen of the city executive committee

Instead of the canteen of the executive committee of Mykolaiv city council, they plan to build a youth center. 3.8 million hryvnias will be spent on major repairs of four rooms.

This is evidenced by the data of the ProZorro public procurement system, NikVesti reports.

By December 22, 2023, the contractor will have to carry out dismantling work in four premises, repair the floor, ceiling and walls, equip a bathroom, and also perform finishing works.

As you know, the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkevych, announced that the city plans to build a space that will become a center of creativity and self-realization for local youth.

The project is planned to be implemented with the funds of the city budget and international donor aid. The city council has already agreed to co-finance the project, and the donor will provide the space with furniture and equipment. The goal of the initiative is to create a space where young people can implement their ideas and actively participate in the public life of the city.

As a reminder, the Mykolaiv Help chatbot has been launched in Mykolaiv, which helps residents and guests of the city to find useful information about humanitarian aid, to eliminate an emergency situation or to solve another problem. To send an appeal, it is enough to go to Telegram or Viber from a smartphone and answer simple questions.
