«It will be possible to restore housing and production faster,» — Kim told why the Koreans want to build a new factory in the Mykolaiv region

The factory for the production of steel modules, which the Korean corporation Posco plans to build in the Mykolaiv region, will manufacture structures that will be used for the reconstruction of housing and enterprises.

The head of Mykolayiv RMA Vitalii Kim told about this on the air of the TV channel «Apostrof TV», NikVesti writes.

He noted that Posco International has already had a meeting at the level of relevant ministries in order to obtain the necessary approvals for construction in the future.

— This is the production of modular buildings so that we can quickly restore our housing, production and many other things. They are very technological. Details were discussed, they confirmed their intentions. On the 22nd-24th, there will be a big meeting on the reconstruction of Ukraine in South Korea, where our Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Infrastructure, and Korean business will meet to discuss investment opportunities, — said Vitaly Kim.

We remind you that on Tuesday, November 14, the relevant Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim, and the CEO of Posco International, Jong Tak.
