By the end of the year, the partners will hand over to Mykolaiv a shredder for construction waste, — DHCS

By the end of 2023, Mykolaiv should receive from international donors a shredder for construction waste, which was formed as a result of shelling and bombing of the city.

Artem Sapozhnyk, deputy director of Mykolaiv housing and communal services, told about this during the briefing, «NikVesty» writes.

So far, the department has handed over the required package of documents to both companies. One of them is already purchasing equipment.

— We are conducting relevant work with two international organizations. According to our information, in one of them, the corresponding purchase of a shredder is already being carried out, that is, it is being carried out by this international organization with subsequent transfer to Mykolaiv. At the same time, we are negotiating with a second international organization. We expect to receive at least one of these shredders for the city of Mykolaiv by the end of the year, — Artem Sapozhnyk said.

It was previously reported that in the Mykolayiv region they are planning to launch a project for the processing of so-called construction debris, which was formed as a result of the destruction caused by explosions and shelling.
